INCURRED BY YOU IN REASONABLE RELIANCE ON US; OR (2) REFUND OF THE
AMOUNT THAT YOU PAID TO US. YOU AGREE THAT THE DAMAGE EXCLUSIONS IN
THESE TERMS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL
PURPOSE.
